A free 15-minute introduction. A space to slow down, connect, and explore what support you're looking for — and whether this work feels aligned for you. No pressure. No expectation. When you're ready, the door is open.
Cancellation Policy
A note on time. Your Discovery Call is free, and the only thing it asks of you is that you turn up — or let me know if you can't. Please reschedule or cancel at least 2 hours before our agreed time if something shifts. Life happens; I understand that. What I ask is the courtesy of a message, so I can free the slot for someone else who's waiting. If a Discovery Call is missed without notice more than once, I may not be able to offer another. This isn't a punishment — it's how I protect the time I keep for women who are ready to begin.
